A Purposeful Practice To Prepare You For Your Final Transition

This audio series consists of 10 recorded sessions. Each session page contains the audio file, journal prompts, practice cards, and the transcript. 

The sessions are assembled in a specific order to ensure a gentle process of awakening. Each visualization portion of the guided meditations is designed to support all prior sessions of the series. To receive the most benefit, it would be best to listen to them in order.

This practice has been carefully crafted to guide you through the layers of being with the intention of revealing your innate wisdom, so that ultimately you can decide your own fate, in life and beyond!

Choose a warm, quiet, comfortable spot where you will not be disturbed.

Prepare Your Body

Lie down on your back utilizing any props to make yourself comfortable.

Prepare Your Mind

Take a few deep breaths.

Settle in. Become present.

To be awake and aware is to be mindful.
The simple practice of staying present and mindful can help you remain focused on your true goals and intentions, allowing you to navigate life’s transitions with grace and resilience.

Your Seat of Awareness is the wisdom of you.

Awareness is the quiet observer of consciousness. Awareness neither thinks about nor judges the surroundings and happenings of life and the mind. Awareness merely provides the context to help mindfully navigate the experience of consciousness.

Raising your vibration means aligning all of the layers of being with the innate wisdom of you.

You are an energetic being. Your unique personal frequency is influenced by various factors, including your beliefs, your thoughts and emotions, as well as your experiences. The simple practice of becoming aware of your own vibrational energy will help you recognize the energetic dynamics from which you are creating your life.

Your innate wisdom is remembered beyond belief.

Beliefs are a way we attempt to interpret the world around us. They operate silently in the background of the mind, influencing your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, most of the time without you even realizing it.

Beliefs are stored in the subconscious mind and gaining access to the subconscious allows you the opportunity to go beyond belief and access to your innate wisdom, so that ultimately you can decide what you will create for your life, and beyond!

It's not about figuring out who you are, it's about remembering who you truly are.

We are kept so focused on who we believe ourselves to be that we have forgotten who we truly are. There is much effort that goes into creating a personal identity. It is a lifelong process that begins before we are born.

 

A transformation of self identity involves going beyond who you believe yourself to be. It is a journey inward to remember who you truly are.

What you hold on to holds you back

The unspoken agreements of life greatly influence how you live and engage with the world, running the scenes from the background, quietly dictating your behaviors and decisions. These invisible contacts were never explicitly agreed upon by you and often go unnoticed.

You have the freedom and power to set new terms or completely dissolve any contracts that do not serve you. By doing so, you create space for transformation and growth, realigning with your innate wisdom, so that ultimately you can decide for yourself what you will create for your life, and beyond!

Confronting your past to free your future.

Recapitulation is a life review that involves actively processing and integrating unresolved emotions from past experiences. It’s about being honest with yourself, forgiving yourself and releasing any emotional baggage such as guilt, shame, grief, or regret. It is a profound process of letting go.

Staying awake in the dream means always remembering who you are.

Staying awake in the dream means to orient yourself in the illusion of life. By bringing your attention to Awareness in the present moment, you can interrupt the cycle of stress and anxiety that keeps you in a fight or flight pattern, as you maneuver through life. With mindful practice of staying alert and present of internal and external happenings, you are able to direct your thoughts and manage your emotions with clarity and discernment, and ultimately decide for yourself what you want to create for your life, and beyond.

Beyond freedom is letting go of the idea of freedom.

Freedom is a concept created to keep you trapped in the illusion that you are not already free. Beyond freedom is beyond the belief that you are not already free.  

 

When you remember that who you truly are is formless, boundless and eternal you no longer require freedom
