Words can shape how we perceive ourself and the world. Words have sounds, vibrations, and frequencies that have the power to affect how energy manifests into reality. Being mindful with language helps us to be clear and concise, and compassionately deliver our messages to others.
As you navigate through this site and explore the practices, please keep in mind that the words that have been used were carefully selected to mindfully represent the intentions and purposes of all the offerings.
A glossary has been provided to bring clarity to the content on this site and within each of the Yoga Nidra sessions. By defining words that are commonly interchangeable or misunderstood, the hope is to bring clarity and synchronicity as we embark on this journey beyond together.
Everything is up for interpretation. Moving forward, you may choose to use your own words to describe a thing or situation, please know that this glossary was compiled with love and the intention of supporting you through conscious transitions.
