Recapitulation

Recapitulation is a life review that involves actively processing and integrating unresolved emotions from past experiences. It’s about being honest with yourself, forgiving yourself and releasing any emotional baggage such as guilt, shame, grief, or regret. It is a profound process of letting go.
Staying Awake in the Dream
Session 8
Staying awake in the dream means to orient yourself in the illusion of life. By bringing your attention to Awareness in the present moment, you can interrupt the cycle of stress and anxiety that keeps you in a fight or flight pattern, as you maneuver through life. Beyond Freedom

Freedom is a concept created to keep you trapped in the illusion that you are not already free. Beyond freedom is beyond the belief that you are not already free. When you remember that who you truly are is formless, boundless and eternal you no longer require freedom.
